  9. Strength-based approach: to enhance "how" staff/employees can better work together.
  10. Facilitation: to learn the skills and process for effective facilitation of meetings, etc.

  • Interactive participatory approach, not lecture
  • Follow-up action plan developed

Training and Support Options

  • 1/2 day (3-4 hrs) workshops,
  • 1 day (6-7 hrs) workshops,
  • Workshop follow-up support,
  • In-house training capacity developed through a Training of Trainers approach.

Training Costs

Costs include: initial client communication and training needs assessment, training design and agenda, material preparation, 1/2 day or 1 day training workshop, follow-up action plan, and follow-up consultant's recommendations. On-going follow-up support is optional.
